Groundline ("the app") is developed by Ferdinand E Santiago Management Consultancy ("we," "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data We Collect

Groundline stores the project and negotiation data you enter (project names, client details, financial figures, addresses, contact information) locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on any server we operate.

Currency Exchange Rates

To display live currency conversion, the app fetches exchange rate data from a third-party service (open.er-api.com). No personal or project data is sent as part of this request — only a rate lookup.

No Account or Login Required

Groundline does not require account creation, and we do not collect names, emails, or passwords through the app itself.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Since your project data stays on your device, we do not have access to it.

Data Deletion

You can delete any project or all app data at any time by deleting projects within the app or uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data.
