FESMC started in 1998 as the F.E. SANTIAGO Design Group. Since then, we've grown by doing one thing well: helping clients get their building projects done right. FESMC is a registered management consultancy in the Philippines. In plain terms: we help you plan, design, and manage building projects from the very first idea to the final handover.
Our services cover feasibility studies (figuring out if a project makes sense before you spend on it), architecture and engineering design, and full project and construction management.
We're strongest at the start of a project — shaping the idea, working out the design and engineering details, checking everything makes sense (technical due diligence), and following through until the project is finished and reviewed. We also design with the environment in mind, following Green Building Design standards, so your project is built responsibly, not just quickly.

At FESMC, Dan Paulo leads Design Coordination — making sure every project stays compliant with regulations as it moves forward.

Even early in his career, Robert has worked across residential, commercial, institutional, and large monumental projects.
Before FESMC, he was a top designer at EOOA (Enrique O. Olonan and Associates), where he helped lead the design of major projects including the PRC Headquarters, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority Head Office, the Commission on Elections Complex, and several projects for UP Los Baños and UP Open University.
He combines sharp analytical thinking with a genuine enthusiasm for the latest architecture and visualization software — drawing inspiration from the late Zaha Hadid.

NJ is the engineering backbone of our firm. With 12 years of experience and multiple professional licenses, he's worked through the full range of engineering challenges — design, calculations, and verification — across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and other specialized projects.
Joining FESMC let him focus on raising the bar for collaboration in an increasingly demanding industry. His past work spans large, diversified developments — from land development to mid- and high-rise structures — including a 42-storey vertical mixed-use building and a 100-hectare project, covering Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection design using STAAD and BIM software.
